3. Investment partnership is open-ended.

4. International mandate but likely weighted heavily towards US listings, but businesses that have global exposures

5. Investment partnership will not seek to enhance returns by relying on complex financial instruments or structures such as leverage, options, futures.

6. Investment partnership is structured as an AMC (Actively Managed Certificate) with an ISIN that is domiciled in Luxembourg, which is tax neutral (nil taxes) and governed by laws of Luxembourg & European Union. 

7. Strong alignment with the manager — manager will have majority of wealth invested alongside its investment partners within the exact same vehicle governed by an equitable fee structure with a high water mark.
